Train to participate in the Bucks County 5K Race on Saturday November 16th at Washington Crossing

Start with walking, working up to running

Receive weekly emails with training tips, motivation, eating tips, finding the right shoes, etc.

Participants run 2 other days on their own for 30 min in addition to group run

Running with a group provides motivation, support and accountability!
